Amped Digital was engaged by the Independent Purchasing Company Asia Pacific on behalf of Subway to roll out Digital Menu Board packages and software migration solutions to Subway restaurants around Australia and New Zealand.
As there were two previous providers with alternate systems within Subway restaurants, we needed to transition the CMS software across to the Signagelive platform, and limit any downtime in between. With so many variables in play, our team has been working around the clock to deliver the transition service to over 300+ restaurants with 1,500+ screens.
The Amped Digital team has also been contracted to deliver full hardware solutions for the remaining 80% of Subway restaurants in Australia and New Zealand that are currently without Digital Menu Boards.
Working alongside the team at the Independent Purchasing Company Asia Pacific and Subway the project is successfully underway. Our team shares live updates to key stakeholders on each individual job with up to date reports for all licensing, installs, migrations and services.
