Poppulo’s platform combines enterprise digital signage with employee email and newsletters, intranet, mobile app and meeting room signage, sharing audience targeting, approval workflows and analytics across all channels. Meeting room signage runs on existing Cisco, Neat, Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware, drawing live availability from Microsoft 365, Exchange or Google Workspace. The signage product supports Windows, Android and BrightSign players, and Poppulo is a BrightSign Bright Alliance Elite partner.

Poppulo holds ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 42001 certification, and offers regional data residency including an Asia Pacific hosting region. Amped Digital deploys and supports Poppulo for large corporate, healthcare and multi-site clients in Australia.
