Building on the Swiss notion of a longstanding generational dedication to perfecting food craft, Brezel Brothers combines Swiss quality with an Australian passion for the unknown. Brezel Brothers engaged us to find an effective way to showcase their menu items while engaging the heavy foot traffic in Raine Square.

Challenges
Brezel Brothers needed to bring in more customers and make them more aware of their product offering. Our initial challenges were around generating product imagery and finding ways to educate customers and up-sell Brezel Brothers’ unique range. We worked with the Brezel Brothers owners to create a library of promotional content that would emphasise their point of difference and clearly communicate their brand values.
Our Solution
We placed a total of 3 x Philips P-Line Digital Signage Displays throughout the store. We implemented a 42” 2 screen menu board to display Brezel Brothers’ range of sandwiches and coffees. We also added a large 55” display for promotional and educational content. We used Vogels brackets to achieve perfect alignment and ensure safety, while future-proofing for servicing.
